  1. In June 2017, Airbus has announced to implementation of new fixed and deployable flight recorders for Airbus’ airliner programs, in collaboration with L3 Technologies. The new devices are available in two versions: a fixed crash-protected Cockpit Voice and Data Recorder (CVDR), capable of recording up to 25 hours of voice and flight data on a single recorder; and an Automatic Deployable Flight Recorder (ADFR).
  2. In April 2019, L3 Commercial Aviation has launched SRVIVR25™, its next generation of cockpit voice and data recorders. SRVIVR25™ is a crash-protected recorder that provides at least 25 hours of cockpit voice recording while providing a minimum of 50 hours of flight data recording – the longest duration of voice and flight data ever available for operators and regulatory agencies to analyze.
