Hero MotoCorp has launched the BS-VI Maestro Edge 110 in the Indian market at US$ 830.64 (Rs 60,950), with new graphics and two new color options. The new graphics, make the scooter look quite urban. Now, the all-new Maestro Edge features a smart sensor technology that helps improve the overall performance of the scooter. Moreover, an alloy wheel variant of the scooter is also available at US$ 851.09 (ex-showroom). The all-new 110 is 1,188 mm higher, 715 mm wider, and 1,843 mm longer. It has a 1,261 mm of wheelbase and 155 mm of ground clearance.
The seat is positioned at a height of 775 mm. The bold color scheme now consists of multiple stripes and a large Edge decal. The all-new Maestro Edge is equipped with a 110.9cc, 4-stroke, air-cooled, BS-VI engine that is good for 8 bhp of power and 8.75 Nm of peak torque. The engine unit is paired with a CVT automatic (continuously variable transmission) system. The front has a telescopic suspension, while the rear has a spring-loaded hydraulic damper. An integrated braking system has been used in the scooter.
The BS-VI Maestro Edge gets a different exhaust muffler that is similar to the one seen on the BS-VI Maestro Edge 125. Moreover, the 110 comes with a halogen headlamp, LED tail lamp, a side stand indicator, an external fuel filler cap, and an under-seat light and USB port. The instrument cluster is a mix of analog and digital displays. The 110 is available in six color options such as Seal Silver, Midnight Blue, Techno Blue, Panther Black, Pearl Fadeless White, and Candy Blazing Red. The all-new Maestro Edge 110 will compete with the TVS Jupiter (starts at US$ 864.50) and Honda Activa 6G (starts at US$ 889.89).
